Our Story
We started Elev8 Labour Hire because we saw a gap in the market. Construction companies across South East Queensland were struggling to find qualified crane operators and doggers at short notice — and the people doing the hiring often didn't understand the difference between a C1 and a C6 licence, let alone the demands of a live construction site.
We do. Our team has direct experience in crane operations and construction labour. We know what it takes to keep a project moving, and we know the difference between a warm body and the right operator for the job.
That's why every person we place is verified, ticket-holding, and assessed for the specific role before they step on site.
